Coconut Chia Pudding 4 Servings

 

1/4 cup Inari organic chia seeds

1 cup coconut milk (can)

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup Inari organic grated unsweetened coconut

2-3 tablespoons maple syrup, honey or agave

 

Directions:

Combine ingredients together. Mix again 10 minutes later and repeat until it begins to thicken. Cover and soak in the fridge overnight. Serve by itself or topped with fresh fruit. Enjoy!
