Coconut Brownies

 

1/2 bar Organic Dark Chocolate

3⁄4 cup of butter

1 cup Inari raw cane sugar

1⁄2 tsp vanilla

6 beaten eggs

3⁄4 cup Inari Coconut Flour sifted

1⁄2 tsp baking powder

1⁄2 tsp salt

1 cup Inari Organic Walnut Pieces

1⁄2 cup Inari Toasted Coconut

 

Directions:

In a saucepan, heat chocolate and butter over low heat stirring occasionally until melted. Remove from heat. Mix in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in a greased and lightly floured 8x8x2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350o (175c) for 30 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into 2 inch squares. Makes 16 brownies. Enjoy!
