Honey-Poppy Seed Glazed Chicken Breasts
INGREDIENTS:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons Inari poppy seeds
1 ½ teaspoons mustard powder
¾ teaspoon ground ginger
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Oil rack of shallow roasting pan with olive oil.
Place each chicken breast in roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Whisk together the honey, poppy seeds, mustard and ginger. Brush over both sides of the chicken breast.
Roast uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn brush honey poppy seed marinade over both sides for a second time and flip each chicken breast to other side. Roast uncovered for another 30 minutes.
